CLIENT CHALLENGE:
Bankers Life and Casualty
offers successful insurance agents a variety of exciting incentives for their performance. They were looking for a way to award agents with a unique award that would remind them of the 1990 "Aim for the Stars" theme and their involvement with the incentive travel packages provided.

RECOGNITION CONCEPTS SOLUTION:
The Recognition Concepts program met their objectives with unusual, custom awards that are both tremendously personal and of lasting value. Talented watercolor artist Roger Whitney designed this powerful composition using the setting sun to tie the outer space theme to the beautiful Hyatt Waikoloa resort. The Concorde and the Queen Elizabeth II represent the other creative travel package available to this year's top achievers. A large portrait of each qualifier is hand-painted and blended into the upper right hand corner of the piece surrounded by some of the credentials available through continued education in the insurance industry. Each recipient's name is also added above the "Aim for the Stars" title and date. Personalized Artist proofs were made up for each division manager along with a video presentation to kick off the annual program. Over 100 agents and managers qualified to receive portrait individualized and framed prints throughout the year.
