For the Championship level of performance qualifying agents and district managers receive a custom designed solid marble plaque. Each plaque is constructed of two separate pieces of marble, along with a 3 dimensional pewter casting of the Farmers Insurance logo and a reversed etch glass panel featuring images from the Farmers historical montage that we commissioned for the company's service award/ retirement program. Each plaque also includes a personalized acid etched plate and a diamond shaped plate for each year of qualification. |
